ELFcare^™ is a professional system suitable for use in hospitals and clinics, by physicians, sports medicine specialists, physiotherapists, and other health care professionals within the field of pain relief and rehabilitation.

ELFcare^™'s hardware consists of the following elements:
   - ELFcare^™ programmable hand-held unit
   - ELFcare^™ ThermoElectrode (pat. pend.)

ELFcare^™'s software consists of the following elements:
   - package of pre-set treatment protocols for specific medical conditions
   - fully adjustable program for generation and storage of treatment algorithms
   - case file management database

How does the ELFcare™ system work?

The ELFcare™ system brings together heat therapy, cold therapy and electrotherapy in synergy, using the ELFcare^™ ThermoElectrode and the ELFcare™ programmable hand-held unit.

The ELFcare™ has the ability to combines thermotherapy and electrotherapy to provide high quality performance in pain management and rehabilitation.

 Thermotherapy:

The ELFcare™   device produces accurately controlled cold, hot and cycling cold/hot therapy.

 Electrotherapy:

The ELFcare™   device produces Electrotherapy using ThermoElectrode and Ordinary electrodes.

 The ELFcare™   device makes use of an electronically controlled ThermoElectrode that can be operated in cooling or heating modes.

 Wave forms on board:   Premodulated Interferential, Russian Current, VMS, Biphasic Rectangular, Asymmetric  Biphasic Pulse, Monophasic Rectangular Pulses, Monophasic Triangular, Interrupted Direct Current, Diadynamic (DF,MF,CP,LP), Microcurrent

  The ELFcare™ offers up to 100 preset treatment protocols with difference temperature profiles and electrical waveforms.

 The ELFcare™ may be powered from its built-in battery or from the supplied external Power Supply.

The ELFcare^™ ThermoElectrode:

The ThermoElectrode can reach temperatures ranging from below freezing 
(-10°C/14°F) to heating (+42°C/108°F), alternating between the two modes in minutes. In addition, the ThermoElectrode can be used for all major conventional electrotherapy treatment.

The ELFcare^™ hand-held unit:

The ELFcare^™ hand-held unit controls the treatment sequence, interfacing with the electrode through its programming, and with the user by means of clear graphics, text and voice messages. Duration of treatment, intensity, pulse shape as well as temperature calibration are all controlled according to the parameters programmed into the unit by the physician. The ELFcare^™ is tamper-proof, preventing anyone from making unauthorized changes to the treatment regimen.
